Today, EA announced that the first EA Sports UFC content update has gone live. It contains three new fighters, including bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw, a contender to his thrown in Takeya Mizugaki, and a welterweight on the rise in Tyron Woodley. Gameplay issues have been addressed as well, resulting in the addition of sprawls when defending power takedowns, the ability to touch gloves at the start of a fight, and being able to land some extra blows after the fight ends. This update is 569 MB and active on both the PS4 and Xbox One platforms. For more on the game, check out our review and a look at the history of MMA in gaming before the release of EA Sports UFC.
