The fourth free content update for EA Sports UFC is live. This one clocks in at about 1 GB and adds three new fighters to the mix. The lightweight division gains former TUF standouts Michael Chiesa and Diego Sanchez, while the former Bellator star Hector Lombard is playable in the welterweight division. Gameplay updates include a stamina burn to help counter spamming a single kind of strike, while Gegard Mousasi has been added to the middleweight division in addition to his past light heavyweight division incarnation.
EA’s gotten a lot of flack over the years, but they’ve done right by buyers of EA Sports UFC with all of the additional, and substantial content they’ve added since launch. The initially heavily-flawed game has had many of its issues fixed up since then and is well worth a purchase.
