While it’s still relatively new to Western audiences, the Fire Emblem series has been around for 25 years since debuting on the Famicom in Japan. In commemoration, the series’ current visionaries Intelligent Systems are putting on a show for the fans.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Fire Emblem’s debut (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light for the Famicom), Intelligent Systems are organizing a two-day concert event at Tokyo Dome City Hall on July 27 and 28.
Details are currently scarce, but it’s to be assumed that the concert with be similar to orchestral performances of other Nintendo properties like The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses and Pokemon: Symphonic Evolutions, where themes from the franchises are performed live.
Also, the event is only scheduled for Japan, so no plans to bring the performance overseas, at least not yet. Stay with Hardcore Gamer for future details about the event when they are revealed.
