Amnesia: Memories Announced as Idea Factory International’s First Otome Game

Since Idea Factory launched its International publishing arm, we’ve seen them pump out a ton of titles, although most are from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series exclusively.

Now fans of otome visual novels have Amnesia: Memories to look forward to. The story begins with our protagonist suffering from amnesia, as you may have already suspected from the title. The catch is she must regain her memories without any of her five potential male suitors discovering the affliction. Although new to the US, Amnesia is a series which actually began on the PSP in 2011.

Amnesia: Memories is coming to Vita (and with functionality on PlayStation TV!) as a digital download in August. A Steam release is planned to launch soon afterwards. Limited Edition fans will be sad to hear this is a digital-exclusive release.
