Publisher Ubisoft’s newest title in the long-standing Assassin’s Creed franchise is apparently called ‘Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.’
According to a report from Polygon, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is set to “transport millions of gamers to an astonishing recreation of London during the Industrial Revolution where they will find themselves immersed in a game world they’ll have to see to believe.”
Syndicate, which was leaked as Assassin’s Creed Victory last year, has also had one pre-order bonus revealed, with retailer GameStop offering a replica shilling necklace worn by Jacob Frye, the title’s main protagonist.
Ubisoft announced earlier this week that the world premiere of this year’s Assassin’s Creed title would be made via a live stream on May 12 at 17:00 GMT.
Ubisoft opted to release two Assassin’s Creed titles last year, as Assassin’s Creed Unity made its way to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, while Assassin’s Creed Rogue was released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is scheduled for release in the 2015 holiday season presumably on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
