Square Enix has confirmed that Active Time Report, a live stream focused on “delivering development updates” for the highly anticipated Final Fantasy XV, will be returning to Twitch and YouTube on June 4 at 14:00 p.m. BST.
Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata and marketing manager Akio Ofuji are once again hosting Active Time Report, with the duo covering “Various topics” during the show.
The previous instalment of Active Time Report, which aired on April 28, had Tabata and Ofuji comparing the survey feedback they received from participants in Japan, North America and Europe on Final Fantasy XV’s demo, Episode Duscae.
Aside from presenting a whole host of statistics from the survey, Hajime Tabata addressed some of the criticisms made about Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae, including the lock-on feature, camera angles, the incompetence of the AI and the sexual representation of the character Cindy (a female car mechanic found in the Duscae region).
Square Enix recently confirmed that they would be holding an E3 press conference this year, which means that it’s more than likely that further news on Final Fantasy XV will be announced at the event.
Final Fantasy XV has not received an official release date for either Xbox One or PlayStation 4, but Hajime Tabata claimed that the title was 60 per cent complete earlier this year.
