Naughty Dog Announces Live Stream for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End’s Extended E3 Footage

Extended E3 footage from the highly anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be publicly released, developer Naughty Dog announced on Friday.

The footage, which was showcased to the press during a behind-closed-doors session at E3, will be live streamed on Naughty Dog’s Twitch channel on July 1 at 11 a.m. PST.

Naughty Dog made the announcement on Twitter, with the developer’s tweet also including a GIF of Nathan Drake and Sam evading a heavily armoured vehicle on their motorbike.

During Sony’s E3 press conference last week, Naughty Dog revealed all-new footage from A Thief’s End, with the title harnessing the power of the PlayStation 4 through its impressive visuals and attention to detail in the environment and character models.

Unfortunately for Naughty Dog, there was a minor setback during the beginning part of the presentation for A Thief’s End, as an unsynchronised PS4 controller meant that the demo had to be reset. It’s not the first time that the developer suffered a case of bad luck when showing off A Thief’s End, considering that last year’s PlayStation Experience demo had Nathan Drake falling through the map.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is scheduled for release in the spring of 2016 exclusively for PS4.
