Developer Supermassive Games announced on Wednesday that PlayStation 4 survival horror game Until Dawn will have a special treat in store for players who load up the title tomorrow, October 28.
With Halloween only a couple of days away, the Guildford-based developer teased on Twitter that it has “hidden something” in Until Dawn to celebrate All Hallows’ Eve.
According to Supermassive Games, those who load up Until Dawn tomorrow will be greeted with a “special message.”
Halloween is on the way, and we've hidden something in #UntilDawn. So look out for a special message when you start the game from the 28th!

Considering that PS4 users received a 10GB update for Until Dawn earlier this month, it seems that the developer might have a big surprise planned for horror fans.
During Sony’s press conference at Paris Games Week earlier today, Supermassive Games announced Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, a title specifically developed with the PlayStation VR headset in mind.
Until Dawn, which was released earlier this year for PS4, features an ensemble cast of well-known actors from Hollywood and TV, which includes Hayden Panettiere (Heroes and Nashville), Rami Malek (Night at the Museum), Brett Dalton (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) and Peter Stormare (Prison Break).
Hardcore Gamer’s review for Until Dawn found that it “does a great job illustrating the butterfly effect,” with it being “something all horror fans should experience.”
