Month after month, Sony has been dishing out various games on PlayStation Plus. This has been going on for over five years now, and at least on the PlayStation 3 and Vita side, things have been great. The two years the PlayStation 4 has been on the market has been up and down, focusing more on indie titles over anything else.
Well it looks like it’s more of the same, although at least one of the new titles is the first chapter into one of Activision’s digital-only titles. Starting next Tuesday (December 1), the first chapter of King’s Quest will be given to PS4 users, alongside Gauntlet: Slayer Edition. For PlayStation 3 players, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and SSX are the big draw. Finally, PlayStation Vita sees Freedom Wars and Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken added to the service.
Some of the games are decent additions, but once again the appeal has diminish. Sony set the expectations early on with the service so high that now players are feeling a bit letdown.
