While North America and Europe continuously receives coverage on delays, you rarely hear about a game in Japan being pushed. Unfortunately today, a highly anticipated RPG will not see its initial release date across the ocean.
Square Enix Japan has announced through their official Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness website that tri-Ace’s upcoming title has been moved from February 25 to March 31. This is undoubtedly a disappointing push, although they should take all the time they can to make this perfect, and a month isn’t too bad.
The North American release is still unknown, although it was confirmed earlier this year that it would be sometime in 2016. We don’t know if this delay will affect that in any way. Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness will be available for PS4 and PS3.
