Earlier this month the PlayStation network experienced an outage that left many players without access to the consoles online features. The problem has been rectified at this point and Sony has offered subscribers who were affected by the outage a one day extension on their PlayStation plus memberships. Many users have taken to social media to vent their frustrations on the matter and Sony has assured it’s fan base that everything running smoothly and will continue to do so into the foreseeable future.
I may just be another voice in the ocean of rage regarding the situation, but in my opinion, Sony has done right by their user base and it’s fans should recognize that. Instead of complaining about it, they should enjoy the fact that the tech giant, is even willing to admit to their mistake in the first place.
