UK-based publisher Ghostlight announced today that Way of the Samurai 3 is making its way to Steam next Wednesday, March 23.
Way of the Samurai 3, which developer Acquire originally released in Japan for PlayStation 3 in 2008, will be retailing at $19.99, with Ghostlight confirming that a twenty percent “launch discount” will be running until March 30.
The launch discount is applicable for purchasing Way of the Samurai 3’s DLC content, too.
Ghostlight revealed in its press release that it would apply the discount to three add-ons: Accessory Set, Head and Outfit Set and Weapon Set.
In the Steam-developed version of Way of the Samurai 3, Ghostlight has added multiple features to the title, including Steam achievements and full mouse/keyboard and gamepad support.
Way of the Samurai 3 also includes Steam trading cards, backgrounds and icons, as well as PC players being able to use cloud saves for the title.
Despite it being released on PS3 first, Japanese Xbox 360 owners eventually received Way of the Samurai 3 in 2009.
Way of the Samurai 3 also came to North America for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2009, with the title launching in Europe in the following year.
