Spurs’ Mauricio Pochettino Graces the Cover of Championship Manager 17

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has been named as the cover star of Square Enix’s Championship Manager 17, the Rise of the Tomb Raider publisher announced on Thursday.

Pochettino, who became Spurs manager in 2014, guided his side to a third-place finish in the Premier League during the 2015–2016 season, allowing the club to secure a spot in this year’s Champions League competition.

The news comes along with the confirmation that Championship Manager 17 can now be officially downloaded on iOS and Android devices.

Championship Manager 17, a free-to-play managing simulation, features more than 450 eligible clubs up for selection, with the title supporting all of the latest squads and transfers from 25 leagues across fifteen countries.

Square Enix has confirmed that the title also supports up to eight languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish and Malay.
