Final Fantasy XV English Voice Cast Revealed

Square Enix has officially released the English voice cast for Final Fantasy XV.

While we’ve seen numerous trailers and played a few demos with English voices, Square Enix never revealed the actors behind the characters. It’s always been a secret, until today. Square Enix has finally put out the official cast list for Final Fantasy XV. Though it doesn’t contain any big name actors, that doesn’t mean the cast won’t give strong performances:

  • Noctis – Ray Chase (Xenoblade Chronicles X, Killer Instinct)
  • Ignis – Adam Croasdell (Shadow of Mordor, Reign, NCIS, Once Upon a Time)
  • Prompto – Robbie Daymond (Sailor Moon, TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan)
  • Gladio – Chris Parson (Overwatch, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, Rango)
  • King Regis – Jim Pirri (Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst, The Penguins of Madagascar)
  • Lunafreya – Amy Shiels (Twin Peaks remake, Call of Duty: Black Ops)
  • Cor – Matt Mercer (Overwatch, Resident Evil, Fallout 4)
  • Ardyn – Darin De Paul (Overwatch, Doom, Star Wars: The Old Republic)
  • Aranea – Kari Wahlgren (Rick and Morty, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness)

Unfortunately, Sean Bean (The Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones) and Lena Heady (Game of Thrones, 300) will not be returning to reprise the roles of King Regis and Lunafreya, respectively. Both actors lent their voices to the characters in Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. It is unknown why the actors are not returning for Final Fantasy XV.

Final Fantasy XV is out November 29 on PS4 and Xbox One. The game was supposed to launch September 30 after a decade in development, but was delayed last week.
