Bandai Namco and From Software have officially announced Ashes of Ariandel, the first DLC for Dark Souls III.
From Software has officially pulled the curtain back on Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel after details leaked yesterday. The DLC will take players to the new land of Ariandel, a world covered by snow and defiled by an ancient evil. As the Ashen One, it’s up to you to discover Ariendel’s secrets and save it for this evil.
As was revealed yesterday, Ashes of Ariandel comes with a bundle of new content. In addition to the land of Ariandel, the DLC adds new enemies, weapons, armor, and magic. There will also be new and exciting PvP features, though From Software isn’t quite ready to reveal them yet.
Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel is out October 25 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC for $14.99. There’s also the $24.99 Season Pass, which gives players access to Ashes of Ariandel and the untitled DLC 2.
