Blue Dragon is Backwards Compatible on Xbox One Today

During the last generation, Hironobu Sakaguchi, famed for the creation of Final Fantasy, started his own studio and teamed up with Microsoft to bring gamers various new role playing games. They were able to deliver two: Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon, and a today, both are officially available on Xbox One.

Larry Hryb, better known as Major Nelson, has announced via Twitter that Blue Dragon is finally being added to Xbox One’s backwards compatibility program starting today. Blue Dragon originally hit Xbox 360 in late 2006 in Japan and August 2006 in the rest of the world and was decently received.

If you own a physical copy, you will be able to put it in your system and play it with no trouble.
