Niantic have announced that starting November 23, Pokemon Go players can earn double XP and Stardust for the rest of November.
It has been a wild ride for Niantic since they launched Pokemon Go back in July. Though the game launched with a myriad of problems, the community has stuck with the game over these past few months. The developer is very thankful to the community, and want to say thank you with double XP and Stardust.
Writing on the Pokemon Go website, Niantic confirmed that from November 23 through November 30, players will earn double XP and Stardust every time they complete in-game actions. This is all done in celebration of the community:
“It has been an incredible experience since we launched Pokémon Go a few short months ago in July. We are passionate about creating experiences that encourage exploration and promote exercise. We are humbled that hundreds of millions of you around the world have joined us on this journey. So we would like to say thank you – and what better way to say thank you than to celebrate our community.”
Pokemon Go is available now for download on iOS and Android devices. The game is free-to-play with in-game microtransactions.
