Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor Gets Nemesis Forge Update

Warner Bros. and Monolith Productions have released a new update for Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor that will bring your greatest nemesis in that game to Shadow of War.

The Middle-Earth games are about players interacting with the orcs and creating their own personal stories. This was accomplished through the Nemesis System, which tracked the hierarchy of the orcs. Players made a lot of progress in Shadow of Mordor, and now, thanks to a new update, that progress will continue in Middle-Earth: Shadow of War.

A brand new update for Shadow of Mordor adds the Nemesis Forge, which identifies the player’s arch-nemesis and imports them into Shadow of War. Furthermore, the system will also seek out a player’s most loyal orc follower and import them over too. This update is free, and is available for download now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. For those who never owned Shadow of Mordor, the game is on sale through the PS Store, Xbox Live Marketplace, and Steam for 80% off. If you’re interested in getting Shadow of War, now is the best time to check out the original title and port your nemesis and ally over.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War is out October 10 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will feature enhancements for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X owners.
