When we last checked in on Antihero, the Dickensian turn-based strategy game from Versus Evil and developer Tim Conkling, it was back at PAX West last year, where its cute art style and impressive gameplay charmed the hell out of us. And thankfully, we won’t have to wait much longer to enter its gas-lit world of thievery, as the game will be hitting Steam this Monday. And as expected, accompanying this news is a launch trailer, which you can check out below.
Showcasing a good chunk of its gameplay and setting, as well as its single-player campaign mode, the new clip does a fine job of making the task of perfecting a thieves’ guild while combating rivals seem quite interesting. And come July 10, we’ll see if the whole game lives up to the fun we’ve experienced in small doses so far, so make sure to keep an eye out for Antihero.
