Capcom has announced the release date for the remastered version of Resident Evil: Revelations on current-gen consoles.
Resident Evil: Revelations was announced for PS4 and Xbox One back in March with Capcom promising details at a later date. Well, the company has finally delivered on it’s promise through an update to the game’s official page. The remaster of the 3DS original and PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PC remaster hits PS4 and Xbox One with a litany of improvements and additional content.
Resident Evil: Revelations, which takes place between the events of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5, puts players in control of Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine as they navigate a dangerous ship. The current-gen versions of the game feature a native 1080p resolution, increased environment details, and refined creature animations. The game also comes packed with all DLC costumes and weapons including the Resistance Set, Enhancement Set, Rachel Ooze costume, and Lady HUNK costume.
Resident Evil: Revelations hits PS4 and Xbox One August 31 for the low price of $19.99.
