Absolver Shows Off Multiplayer Features in New Clip

In the weeks leading up to the release of the anticipated brawler Absolver, Sloclap and Devolver Digital have been showing off its various features in a variety of trailers, as seen before on Hardcore Gamer. But we haven’t seen much of the game’s multiplayer features showcased, so that’s where the “Friends & Foes” clip comes in. As seen below, aside from providing some slight bits towards world-building once again, the new video shows just how you’ll be able to interact with other players in the game’s online universe.

Among what the game brings to multiplayer are co-op battles that allow you to team up with up to two friends to battle enemies, one-on-one competitive matches with various challenges and trials, and perhaps most interestingly, the ability to mentor other players and temporarily learn the moves of others. So whether you’re teaming up with friends or laying a beatdown upon them, Absolver looks to hopefully deliver when it comes out on August 29 for the PC and PS4.
