Open-world, first-person, and multiplayer-minded, Shoppe Keep 2 is a more expansive look at the experience of an RPG’s shopkeeper. Players will choose how they conduct business. This mean the whole gig: buying stock, embark on unreasonably dangerous missions to get the rare gear to in turn sell to “heroes” in the shop. Pricing is still important here, since profit margins are in direct relationship with putting food on the table. That said, it doesn’t need to be a private venture as Shoppe Keep 2 can support up to four cooperative players — holding shop together. In other words, the goal is to get that sweet, sweet loot. Instead of using it for some quest, however, it’s for profit.
Shoppe Keep 2 is due out sometime next year. In the meantime, the original Shoppe Keep is now available on PlayStation 4.
