Battlefield 1: Turning Tides is launching in two waves, and the first is available now for Premium Pass holders.
Turning Tides, the third DLC expansion for Battlefield 1, is partially available today on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Those who own the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass can enjoy half of the expansion’s content this month while we wait for the rest to arrive in January. The standalone expansion won’t be available for purchase until January.
Turning Tides focuses on the amphibious battles of World War I. Starting today, players can invade the beaches of the Gallipoli peninsula in two new maps; Achi Baba and Cape Helles. Additionally, players can unlock and equip six guns and two melee weapons, play as the new Infiltrator Elite Class, and rule the waves with the all new L-Class Destroyer.
The second wave of content for Turning Tides makes port in January 2018. The North Sea content adds the Heligoland Bight and Zeebrugge maps, the British Empire’s Royal Marines faction, and the C-Class Airship. It’s also around this time that non-Premium Pass holders can purchase Turning Tides standalone.
Battlefield 1 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The first two DLC expansions, The Shall Not Pass and In the Name of the Tsar, are available now.
