Assassin’s Creed Rogue, a spin-off of the franchise released in 2014, is finally make its way to PS4 and Xbox One.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue launched November 2014 alongside Assassin’s Creed Unity. While Unity was designed as an exclusive experience for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, Rogue was designed for those who had not yet upgraded to the new consoles. The game eventually launched on PC, but a potential PS4 and Xbox One release was never announced until now. Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered finally brings the missing chapter to the current-gen consoles.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered follows Shay Patrick Cormac, a young assassin who defects to the Templars after discovering a dark truth. The game launches with all previously released DLC and the new Master Templar and Explorer Packs, which contain Bayek’s legacy outfit from Assassin’s Creed Origins. The remastered game will run at 1080p on PS4 and Xbox One, and at 4K on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.
Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered is out March 20 on PS4 and Xbox One.
