The second DLC expansion for Assassin’s Creed Origins, The Curse of the Pharaohs, is ready to haunt PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Those looking for an excuse to hop back into the world of Assassin’s Creed Origins will be excited to know that a good reason launches tomorrow, March 13. The Curse of the Pharaohs, Origins’ second major expansion, launches on all platforms, bringing with it a ton of new content to peruse.
The Curse of the Pharaohs takes place four years after the events of Origins where Bayek travels to Thebes to investigate a curse plaguing the region. Once there, he discovers that dead Pharaohs have returned to haunt the living. Bayek must seek out the temples of the pharaohs to uncover the curse and put them back in their tombs.
With the expansion, players will have a new area to explore, enemies to fight, and gear to collect. Additionally, the level cap will increase to 55, giving players more reason to hunt for experience.
Assassin’s Creed Origins: The Curse of the Pharaohs is out March 13 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It can be purchased standalone for $19.99, or as part of the $39.99 Season Pass.
