Bungie’s weekly update is somber one with Guardians mourning the lose of their own — the infamous Cayde-6. As Guardians say their goodbyes the hunt is on to take down Uldren and his Barons, avenging a fallen comrade.
Seasons 4 for Destiny 2 is in full swing with players just digging in to what secrets Forsaken and its lawless frontier has in store. With all the new comes the chance for Guardians to prove themselves soon taking on the biggest raid challenge yet, “Last Wish” in The Dreaming City, and this time there are real world trophies to be had. The first fireteam that completes Last Wish will earn special rewards with more information to come next week.
Being a Bungie game means having a fantastic soundtrack with Forsaken proving no different. Bungie releasing the Forsaken soundtrack from composers Michael Salvatori, Sky Lewin, Rotem Moax and Peter Schlosser. The full soundtrack is available on the Bungie store with Curse of Osiris and Warmind soundtracks as a bonus. Any purchase until November 22, 2018 will nab Guardians the Pursuit of Dreams emblem.
Forsaken has shaken things up with challenges becoming a way for players to grab the best loot whether doing daily or weekly pursuits. These changes have affected resets with weekly challenges following the weekly reset each Tuesday at 10am PDT. Daily challenges will offer a new challenge every day with a reset every four days. Players can hold on to these in a since with daily challenges sticking around until completed or the reset. Bungie is even creating a helpful calendar if it all seems a bit confusing in these new age.
