Assassin’s Creed III Remastered Lands on Consoles, PC in March

Ubisoft today announced the release date for Assassin’s Creed III Remastered on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Players can step back into the shoes of Native American assassin Connor on March 29. Assassin’s Creed III Remastered transplants players back to the American Revolution with numerous graphical, technical, and gameplay improvements over the original PS3 and Xbox 360 release.

The remaster uses a new graphics engine to deliver higher-resolution textures, improved lighting, and support for 4K and HDR. A new comparison video highlights many of the changes. In addition, numerous and tweaks have been made to the game’s ergonomics and gameplay mechanics.

Assassin’s Creed III Remastered comes packaged with all previously released content, including the Benedict Arnold and Hidden Secrets missions and the Tyranny of King Washington. Also, all copies of the game come with Assassin’s Creed III Liberation Remastered.

Assassin’s Creed III Remastered is out March 29 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It’s available as a standalone purchase, or as part of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Season Pass.
