Zoink’s VR Title Ghost Giant to Receive Spring Release, Physical Edition

First revealed at E3 last year, Ghost Giant was a PSVR title from developers Zoink Games about…well, a giant ghost. To be more specific, a giant ghost befriended by a boy names Louis that only he can see. As the massive spectral figure, players would explore Louis’ town of Sancourt, interacting with it in a dollhouse-like manor and assisting Louis and other residents with their problems in various ways. It seems like quite the charming tale, one easily destined to be one of this year’s most notable VR titles. And it looks like we’ll be able to experience this tale soon, as Ghost Giant now has a Spring 2019 release window.

Accompanying this announcement is another big development for the game, though. Parent company Thunderful has also revealed that Ghost Giant will also be receiving a same-day physical release, courtesy of publisher Perp Games. So be it digital or physical, players will be able to experience the game however they want from day one. Ghost Giant is currently a PSVR exclusive, and easily has a bigger chance to stand out now on the platform.
