Red Hook Studios’ downtrodden yet stylish RPG, Darkest Dungeon, is getting itself a sequel. The Vancouver-based developer confirmed the follow-up to their 2016 hit in the form of a brief thirty second teaser uploaded earlier today, simply stating “yes – we’re working on a follow up to Darkest Dungeon!”. Though not long, the tease appears to confirm the return of several classes from the original game.
Darkest Dungeon originally launched in Early Access in February 2015 following a successful Kickstarter campaign, where nearly a year later, it released in its full build for PC in January that following year. The game eventually made its way to PS4 and Vita that September, with it coming to both Nintendo Switch & Xbox One in January and February of last year respectively. Check out the teaser below.
