Resident Evil, 0, 4 Dated for May on Switch, Europe Limited to Digital Only

Back in October of last year, Capcom announced that it would be bringing three Resident Evil titles to the Switch sometime in 2019. Today, the company confirmed that all three — the remake of the original Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil 4, all of which debuted on the Nintendo Gamecube way back when — would be available on May 21. Interestingly, both the original Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0 would be getting a bundled-together physical release in North America with Resident Evil 4 confined to the eShop.

Sadly, those in Europe will have to settle for all three games being released as separate digital only titles, meaning if fans in Europe want some kind of retail copy for the Switch ports, they may have to rely on importing a North American copy if and when they become available. Thus far, there’s no information on pricing though Capcom do state that more info is to follow.
