Xenon Racer is a promising arcade-style racer, and one that just finished up a successful open beta. Today, the third part of the game’s city showcase went live. Players got a glimpse at Boston and the stunning Lake Louise. Both feature fast action and lush scenery, and the game like it will fit right in with the rising market in arcade racers. We’ve seen games like Horizon Chase Turbo that have found a dedicated fanbase thanks to the genre being so under-represented over the past few years. With Xenon Racer, you have a more future-feeling game that blends a bit of an F-Zero cityscape to real-world environments, and feels right at home with something like Scud Race in arcade in the late ’90s and early ’00s. It will be released on PC via Steam, on Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on March 26.
