A memo has reportedly went out to Gamestop locations stating that the company is ceasing sales of digital titles for PlayStation 4. It seems all retailers will follow suit with this. This will go into effect on April 1. Retailers will still sell PSN cards and add-on content, but purchasing digital games will strictly take place on the PlayStation Store. According to the memo, anyone that has pre-order a digital version of an upcoming title will be encouraged to switch to a physical copy. Both Days Gone and Mortal Kombat 11 will be available digitally for a week after the game releases. This is certainly a major change coming to how games will be sold.
