Naughty Dog Shutting Down Online PS3 Servers

Naughty Dog has announced that its ending online multiplayer support for some of its PS3 titles. Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3 and The Last of Us will be going offline on September 3. The Last of Us on PS4 will continue to offer multiplayer functionality after September 3. As a parting gift, Naughty Dog is offering up all of the multiplayer DLC for free until September 3 on the PS3 versions. These three titles helped not only define the PS3 but also may have saved Sony after its poor launch of the PS3. Uncharted 4 is currently on PS4 with The Last of Us 2 due to release at some point.
