E3 2019: Ubisoft Details Roadmap for Division 2 Year One, Teases Episode Three

It’s been a couple of months since Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 was released, but Ubisoft still has big plans for the game moving forward. The publisher made sure to dedicate a few minutes of its E3 2019 press briefing to give fans a look at what’s coming to the Division 2 in both the long and short term.

All the new content coming to The Division 2 will be packed into three separate episodes to be delivered throughout 2019 and early 2020. The first of these, “DC Outskirts: Expeditions,” will drop in July and will bring the woodlands surrounding the city and the Washington National Zoo to the already large map.

Episode 2 Pentagon: The Last Castle is coming sometime this fall and will charge Agents with defending the Pentagon and solving new problems related to the Outbreak. This content drop will also feature the Division 2’s second 8-player raid located in some sort of industrial foundry.

Episode 3 Coney Island: Homecoming brings agents back to New York for some sort of showdown with a familiar enemy. It’ll probably be awhile before more details become available though, since it’s not due out until early 2020. Even so, there’s plenty here for fans to get excited about.
