The Balloon is a Zonai Device that can be used in crafting constructs using the Fuse feature. Zonai devices all have unique functions that can be used to solve puzzles, build structures, and/or make vehicles.

The Ballon is used to carry objects straight up when a hot stream of air is placed beneath it. It can be attached to objects with the Ultrahand Ability but does not have any activation, until a source of hot air is placed beneath it

Some items that produce hot air that we've seen in TOTK are: Candles, such as those found in the Sinakawak Shrine, the Flame Emitter, and Fire from Arrows or Explosive Barrels. Keep in mind that any object that provides hot air will ocntinue to do so until it burns out or is turned off.
