Icy Prime Meat is a consumable Food item that can be crafted via cooking in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It is a returning Frozen item from BotW and largely functions in the same manner. When used it restores 1.5 HP. Being a Frozen item, it also will give a buff the, [Chilly Effect] when consumed, that grants a specific level of heat resistance depending on the quality of the food.
Frozen items can be made by combining the material with Ice.
