Last week, we broke the news that Fire Emblem: Awakening would earn itself a slick, limited edition 3DS bundle in addition to the standalone game. At the time, details were sparse, however today the juicy bits of info have been plucked from the proverbial apple tree. According to Nintendo of America, the fancy bundle will launch the same day as the game, February 4, cost $200 and come complete with Awakening pre-installed on a 4GB SD card.

In case you missed it, the 3DS itself will be blue with the Fire Emblem logo emblazoned on its top. Unfortunately, the system will not be the XL model, so be ready for those small screens and sharp corners. If the novelty of owning such a system, as well as saving about ten bucks, seems worth it to you, however, then perhaps the size of the handheld won't be much of a deterrent.
