It's no secret that with our recent Xbox-centric Graveyards that we're big fans of the original Xbox and Xbox 360 - and today, Microsoft added 76 games to the lineup of Xbox One and Series-playable games. Original Xbox games are some of the most exciting to see added as licensing issues can make them a nightmare - and yet now we have Dead or Alive Ultimate (1 and 2 revamped) alongside DOA 3 and DOA 4 from the 360 alongside the entire Max Payne trilogy and both Otogi games.
Those games were incredible action-platformers that never even got backwards compatible playback on the 360. Thrillville and Thrillville: Off the Rails add some much-needed theme park-creating fun to the lineup while Gladius brings a little-known tactical RPG to the market once again. Sega's Gunvalkyrie is available as well and maybe down the line, we'll see Crazy Taxi 3 and Jet Set Radio Future added - even with the company saying this will be the final set of BC games added. Licensing hurdles can make those tough to do, but CT 3 in particular has never been re-released on a console and its never been nailed quite right via PC emulation either.
