At long last, the highly anticipated Android version of one of the best third person shooters on iOS is nearly here. Afterpulse is a game that originally hit Apple devices over a year ago to rave success and reception, but half of Gamevil's audience was disappointed they couldn't play it on their devices. Well that'll be fixed very soon.

Gamevil has announced that they will be rolling out the official Android global release on April 4. This is a free-to-play game, so players will be able to pick it up and play this multiplayer focused title instantly.

Afterpulse features 8-player deathmatch and team deathmatch games that usually last 3-5 minutes each. With over 35 different weapons to obtain and customize (all with unlimited ammunition), alongside a 3-second respawn time and unique environments to fight in, Afterpulse should please those looking for a good firefight.
