It’s roughly a month to go before what is so often a flood of livestreams, presentations and online streams. And while Nintendo have yet to reveal what, if anything, they have in store in regards to a “E3”-style Direct or stream to coincide with June’s regular showing, they have today announced the latest in their ongoing Indie World showcase.
Confirming a run-time of roughly 20 minutes, the showing will focus entirely on upcoming indie titles heading to the Switch platform. As to what might show up, your guess is as good as ours. There are certainly plenty of names one could hope to see: Sports Story, Sea of Stars, Oxenfree II…and of course, a certain sequel to 2017’s Hollow Knight, that by this point has become a bit of an online meme as to its continuing absence. You can catch the presentation tomorrow, starting at 7am Pacific and be sure to check back here for a round-up of the more sizeable and note-worthy announcements/updates.
