Last year, Thomas Was Alone and Volume creator Mike Bithell released Subsurface Circular, a short but intriguing text adventure starring a robot detective uncovering mysteries aboard a subway system.

Earlier, Bithell revealed the surprising news that a follow-up titled Quarantine Circular was being shadow-dropped onto Steam today from the team at Bithell Games. Quarantine Circular shares the same genre and similar mechanics to the studio’s previous release, but instead focuses upon a group of humans making first contact with a mysterious alien.

Quarantine Circular is available now on Steam, with a 20% discount for those who buy it before May 29.
