Activision has announced a companion app for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. This year's companion app will focus heavily on clan wars, clan management, and content creation.

Clan Wars for Advanced Warfare will kick off with a pre-qualifying war between November 15-16. How well you do in the war will determine your division for the first official Clan War taking place November 26 through December 1; the ultimate prize being a gold Exo-Suit.

The War Room is where you'll go to get all your Clan War info, and get a detailed view of capture objectives, Clan wins, and multiplayer XP bonuses earned by your clan. Manage and edit your clan with the new Active Roster and and Clan Profile; view all members, add new ones, and even kick out members not contributing to the war effort.

Finally, the Emblem Editor makes a return after skipping out on last year's Call of Duty: Ghosts. Players can now create and edit their own Emblems to be displayed on their playercards. This can either be done in-game, or via the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Companion App.

Beachhead Studios is developing the app, which will launch alongside the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition on November 3 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Those who did not pre-order can pick up the base edition on November 4.
