Over the past year, ChuSingura46+1 has arrived on Kickstarter twice. After raising under $10,00 the first time, they pulled the plug on their campaign. The second attempt did a little better but still failed to reach its goal.

It appears that wasn't the end for ChuSingura46+1 getting an English release as ChuSingura46+1 S has just appeared on Steam. At the moment this looks to simply be the first chapter of this gender-swapped 47 Ronin retelling.

Also notable is the fact that this sampling of the game is entirely free to play on Steam for folks running Windows or Mac. Perhaps the plan is to use this introductory chapter as a jumping off point for a third Kickstarter.
