While not quite falling on Friday the 13th, Corpse Party: Blood Drive will release close to that iconic date. On Tuesday October 13th, fans can finally own the final installment of the XSEED series. The horror visual novel concludes the Heavenly Host Elementary story as it arrives exclusively for PlayStation Vita.

Corpse Party takes place in a super creepy elementary school where a few kids are transported to a plane of existence populated by the souls of those trapped before them. Now, players can explore the school with a recreated 3D environment, stimulating surround sound and dynamic lighting with a built-in screen shading system. Blood Drive also includes some special features such as voice actor interviews, special artwork and extra chapters to play. But you'll need more than luck to survive and experience shocking twists.

The entire game can be owned physically or digitally via the PS Store. There is also a limited edition of the game to be made available. It will contain a two-disc compilation of songs from Corpse Party, Corpse Party: Book of Shadows and Corpse Party: Blood Drive, as well as a “Dying Art” grimoire featuring over 100 pages of artwork from throughout the franchise.
