Bungie promised players a 'Legendary' token of gratitude this week, and they have delivered. Travelling to the Tower and speaking with the Postmaster will net you your gift. It isn't a new Ghost skin, nor is it a new Sparrow. It's actually a brand new weapon, a legendary weapon.

Now this can be an Auto Rifle, Scout Rifle, Pulse Rifle, Hand Cannon, Shotgun, Pulse Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Rocket Launcher, or Machine Gun, and it appears that all the weapons come from the Vanguard Armory. Gifts are restricted to one per account, so you'll have to choose carefully which one of your characters will accept the gift. A huge Reddit thread has popped up for users to compare what they got.
