Sony Interactive Entertainment and Quantic Dream today announced that Detroit: Become Human hits PlayStation 4 in May.
Quantic Dream’s latest interactive drama finally has a solid launch date. The ambitious new title from David Cage officially launches on PS4 worldwide on May 25. In Detroit, players take on the role of three androids who start to feel emotions and must come to terms with the persecution and violence society throws at their kind.
Throughout the story, players will swap between Connor, Kara, and Markus. Connor is a prototype android designed to help human investigators on cases dealing with androids. Kara helps a little girl and becomes a fugitive. Finally, Markus becomes the leader of an android revolution. Like previous Quantic Dreams titles, player choice vastly affects the game with actions having real consequences. Various scenes and relationships are directly affected by the actions you take throughout the scenarios the character’s are put in.
Detroit: Become Human is out May 25 exclusively on PS4.
