The next Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Grand Prix is almost here, and it’s got something special in store for long-time PlayStation fans. In this grand prix event, Spyro will be joining the competition, and he’s bringing some friends with him.

Once the event goes live on August 30, players will have the opportunity to race on a brand-new, Spyro-themed track and work towards unlocking the purple dragon himself as a playable character. Hunter and Gnasty Gnorc will also be playable,  and players will have a new selection of karts and customization items to earn as well. The option to buy them is there too for those who want to, but why buy when racing is so much more fun?
