Fans of awkward visual novels and dating sims rejoice! Devolver Digital just recently announced their remake of Hatoful Boyfriend - a game about romancing high school-aged pigeon. Many within the visual novel community had to wonder if PacaPlus would be next. PacaPlus, for the uninitiated, is a similarly wacky game where the player's girlfriend is magically turned into an alpaca.

As it turns out, Sekai Project will be publishing the alpaca lover's dream game. This means they will also be bringing it to Steam. PacaPlus had been available for PC download in English previously but, like Hatoful Boyfriend, the translation left something to be desired.

This is all incredible news considering only a few years ago there were no visual novels to be found on Steam. Here's PacaPlus' trailer for adventurous viewers:
