This has been a year for both major processor companies, AMD and Intel. They both have announced major hardware innovations with the Ryzen Threadripper from AMD and the new Intel Core-X processor. Dell and Alienware are looking to put these new multicore processors to work with its Area-51 Desktops. These processors will be for diehard performance enthusiasts. These processors wil be geared towards those who desire 4K, 8K, and VR applications. More importantly, these new Alienware PC’s are being shown at E3 2017.

Dell will be the exclusive OEM launch partner to deliver AMD Ryzen Threadripper pre-built systems to the market. The high-end processor consists of 16-cores and will also be factory overclocked. The Intel Core i9 will prioritize clock speeds that run at boost speeds up to 4.5GHz. The Area 51 Threadripper Edition will be available to order on July 27 and the Area F1 featuring Intel Core X-Series will arrive on August 22. No pricing has been announced, as of yet.

Alienware will also be debuting new high performance monitors, keyboards and mice at E3 2017. Featuring its signature premium design along with the specs and customization options that gamers demand, Alienware is aiming to expand its gaming market and also invest in more esports. Alienware will feature a 25” gaming monitor with either NVidia G-Sync or AMD FreeSync for fast and responsive gameplay with little to no input lag. These will feature a 240Hz refresh rate and include three preset display modes. These monitors will also allow for a seamless panoramic multi-monitor experience with its ultra-thin bezel in 1920x1080 resolution. These are available starting today and range from $499-699 USD.

Alienware is bringing the peripherals along with a strong lineup. The Advanced Gaming Keyboard will blend gamer-friendly design along with intuitive software. It offers an optional palm rest and is geared to deliver a premium gaming experience at an affordable value. Featuring mechanical keys with brown switches and five keys dedicated for macro commands that give gamers a competitive edge.  Lastly, it will feature Alienware’s sophisticated software, the Alienware Control Center, as it allows all gamers the ability to configure all keys to desired commands. This, along with all the peripherals, is available starting today. It will retail for $89.99.

The other keyboard that is available is the Pro Gaming Keyboard by Alienware. This keyboard elevates the engineering innovation with a dedicated volume roller and a 13 zone-based RGB AlienFX backlit light option. It will also include onboard memory for keyboard mapping and assigning key stroke combinations. This will retail for $119.99.

The last peripherals that Alienware are offering are the Advanced Gaming and Elite Gaming Mice. The Advanced Gaming Mouse will include on-the-fly DPI to switch between precision and speed style. It is outfitted with nine unique buttons for in-game customization. This will retail for $49.99. The Elite will incorporate game-ready innovation and leverage advanced customizations with swappable grips, 13 programmable buttons, and even weight adjustment. This will retail for $89.99.

Alienware and Dell are also introducing new gaming laptops at E3 2017. The Alienware 15 will offer the new NVidia GTX 1080 with Max-Q technology. It will run at the GPU’s highest performance configuration of 110 Watts and will release June 27. The screen will be 15.6” as it will balance superior gaming performance with portability. Gamers can compete longer with a 99Whr battery, and it will feature a multitude of input/output connections for gaming peripherals and VR headsets. It is also fully immersed with AlienFX lighting from the keyboard. No price has been announced. Meanwhile, the Dell Inspiron Gaming Laptop will be offered starting tomorrow. It features the latest AMD multicore Ryzen processor featuring SenseMI, thermally-optimized airlow routing, Polar Blue LED Illumination, and easy component access. Lastly, it includes an 850 watt power supply for dual discrete VR-ready graphics from AMD and NVidia. This will retail for $699.99.

E3 attendees are invited to come by the South Exhitib Hall to get hands-on with VR and PC gaming demos at the Alienware (#3023) and Dell (#3013) booths. The brand-new Alienware mobile broadcast studio will be outside the venue providing a “live” platform for competitive gameplay, industry interviews, and product showcases. This will run on Alienware TV, a community hub complemented by the Alienware Arena, which reaches out to over six million members through multiple social platforms.
