E3 may be well-known for its focus on games of the near and far-off future, but that doesn’t mean one of last year’s most well-received strategy game should be left out of the hype.

Firaxis certainly believes this, as they have announced that they plan to unveil some new details on the future of their sci-fi turn-based title, XCOM 2, at this year’s PC Gaming Show, which takes place on June 12 at 10 AM PT. With a tagline of “The Real War Begins”, XCOM fans have already begun to speculate on the true nature of this reveal, be it DLC, an expansion, or something else altogether.
